Jeff and Cheryl listed our first home for us in 1999, and showed us many homes until we found the perfect one. They were very patient and helpful throughout the process as we would always have 2 and 5 year olds in tow.

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home in the Santa Clarita Valley and as property virgins we had no idea where to start. Jeff and Cheryl had an enormous amount of patience with us and went over and explained short sales, foreclosures, standard, and new home sales with us. They broke down different down payments, loan options and set us up with lenders to make sure that we had all the options available to us.
